In the event that an item arrives damaged from transit by ground or freight service the customers will have 10 days from the time of delivery to report the damage to us with photos to document. We will always stand behind our products and replace or repair any items damaged during shipping.
All freight shipments need the customer to be home to sign for the shipment and inspect it for breakage. Rarely does a shipment have any problems but if you do find any damage you will need to make note of the problem on the driver's bill of lading before they leave.
If you are not able to see all the product to inspect it while the driver is there you need to write "Subject to Inspection" with your signature on the Driver's Bill of Lading and inspect the material as soon as you can.
