A Rustic Garden limits your return payments to the cost of the items purchased only. No shipping costs will be refunded. Items need to be returned at buyers expense in original condition before refunds are made. Re-stocking fees may be applied to orders with custom cutting or welding. Items that are painted or take extensive amount of time to process to insure safe deliveries will also be subject to re-stocking fees.
In the event that an item arrives damaged from the transit, customer's will have 10 days from the time of delivery to report the damage to us with photos to document. We will always stand behind our products and replace or repair any items damaged during shipping.

All freight shipments needs the customer to be home to sign for the shipment and inspect it for breakage. Rarely does our shipments have any problems but if you do find any damage you will need to make note of the problem on the driver’s bill of lading before they leave.
If you are not able to see all the product to inspect it while the driver is there you need to write “Subject to Inspection” with your signature on the Driver’s Bill of Lading and inspect the material as soon as you can.
